Meet Tia,
Tia is a therapist, mother and guide who works with the language of the soul through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. She sees each person as carrying an inner constellation of “parts,” protectors, exiles, and voices that hold both pain and profound wisdom. In her work, these parts are not pathologies to fix, but sacred messengers pointing the way back to wholeness.
Her approach is rooted in the knowing that beneath all fragmentation lives the Self, radiant, wise, and unbroken. Through gentle and compassionate exploration, Tia helps clients reconnect with this core essence, dissolving old burdens and restoring inner harmony.
Many who sit with Tia describe her presence as both grounding and luminous, a space where the psyche and spirit are welcomed equally. With deep reverence, she guides clients to listen inwardly, untangle from wounds, and reclaim the freedom of their truest self-expression.
For those seeking more than symptom relief, those longing for healing that touches the soul, Tia offers a path of remembrance, where every part is welcomed home and the sacred wholeness of who you are can shine through.
