Songs of Sorrow, Seeds of Hope
Grief lives in all of us, in the endings we've known, the longings unmet, and the stories carried through our ancestors. This 8-week circle offers a tender space to honour sorrow in community through ritual, movement and expression. Together, we will remember that grief is not a burden to bear alone, but a sacred teacher that softens us into deeper connection. Grief lives in us all, in our bodies, our bones, our stories, and our lineages. It asks not to be fixed, but to be witnessed, honoured, and gently carried together.
This container is holistic in nature. A space of ritual, movement, expression, and community. Together we will honour the many shapes of sorrow, personal, ancestral, collective, and unspoken.
You don't have to navigate grief alone. Our supportive community and experienced guides are here to help you process, heal, and find comfort in your journey.
All forms of grief are welcome here.
