Temple of the Heart is that homecoming.
This is an 8-week guided journey into the feminine field of the Heart, where emotion becomes wisdom, where intuition becomes leadership, and where you remember the parts of you that have always known the way.
Through somatic movement, Internal Family Systems, guided meditation, shamanic practices, Celtic wisdom, plants, sound, community and expressive arts, and the gentle beauty of ritual, we gather to soften… unravel… and rise., to remember who you are before the world told you who you had to be.
This is not a mindset program.
This is not performance healing.
This is embodied remembering.
For years women (and men) have been silenced, shamed, and told who to be. Let’s process that and come back to your truth. No more shadows, only clarity.

Hosts: Rhea Eady, MSW & Andrea Fennell, RP
Fee: $100/session, $800 total. Covered by insurance benefits if you have them. Note a $200 deposit is required to hold your space.
A Note from Your Guides (Rhea Eady, MSW & Andrea Fennell, RP)
This offering was born from years of holding therapeutic space, informed by somatic work, trauma-informed practice, IFS (parts work,) yoga, women’s circle facilitation, sitting in plant medicine ceremonies, dieta, decades of study of the feminine, our own descent-and-return journeys and lastly, holistic training such as Celtic Reiki, Integrative Music Therapy, EMDR and beyond.
It is both a container of healing and a field of remembrance.
You do not need to arrive perfect.
You only need to arrive as you are.
Your heart will do the rest.
Temple of the Heart – Participant Expectations & Group Agreement
Temple of the Heart is a sacred, intentional, and clinically held group container. This offering is designed to support deep emotional, somatic, and relational work over time. By enrolling, you are agreeing to the expectations below, which exist to protect the integrity of the group, your healing process, and the collective field.
Group Structure & Commitment
Temple of the Heart is a closed group. This means:
There are no drop-ins.
The group begins and ends with the same participants.
Each session builds upon the last, emotionally, somatically, and relationally.
Your presence matters. We ask for a full commitment to attend all sessions. Each session is billed regardless of attendance, as your spot is reserved and your participation impacts the group as a whole.
If you anticipate missing more than one session, this offering may not be the right fit at this time.
Attendance, Fees & Cancellations
Fees are charged per session or per program (as outlined at registration) and are non-refundable once the group begins. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
Missed sessions are not prorated, refunded, or made up, as this is a live, relational process.
If you need to withdraw from the group, please notify the facilitator in writing as soon as possible. Financial responsibility for the remaining sessions remains in place.
Scope of Practice & Nature of the Group
Temple of the Heart is facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist and is informed by psychotherapy, somatics, parts work, and contemplative practices.
This group:
Is therapeutic and psycho-educational in nature
Is not crisis intervention
Is not a substitute for individual therapy, emergency services, or psychiatric care
Participants are expected to have sufficient emotional stability and external supports to engage in group work of this depth. If at any point the facilitator determines that this group is no longer clinically appropriate for a participant, alternative supports may be recommended.
This container is held with intention, reverence, and care. Your commitment helps create the safety that allows the heart to open.
